Project Brief

We partnered with a leading global IT solutions provider and a high-performance data platform vendor to execute a hybrid customer engagement campaign in the UAE. The project had two core goals: (1) gather data-driven insights through a benchmark survey targeting decision-makers, and (2) host an exclusive, in-person roundtable event for 10–20 VIP attendees (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CMOs). 

Our scope covered survey strategy, VIP targeting, visual design, multi-channel outreach, live event assets, and post-event reporting. 

Key Objectives: 

  • Capture strategic perspectives from regional IT, tech, and data leaders 
  • Promote Apple-aligned enterprise infrastructure narratives 
  • Support partner brand visibility and relationship-building 
  • Enable CDW + VAST to deliver lasting value beyond the event 

Our Approach

Our team delivered an end-to-end strategy involving: 

  1. Survey Design & Funnel Setup
    → Developed a themed benchmark survey with timed email sequences and landing page integration
    → Hosted survey on secure web environment with 6m30s avg. completion time 
  1. Visual Communication
    → Designed all branded visuals including the official event poster, email invites, follow-up creatives, and final report visuals
    → Maintained alignment with both partner brand guidelines 
  1. Multi-Channel Outreach
    → Emailers (5 waves) sent to segmented IT & healthcare leaders
    → Paid LinkedIn targeting and direct messaging
    → 3,000+ delivered emails with 17% avg. open rate 
  1. Event Execution
    → Branded table placards, agenda handouts, and signage
    → Facilitated panel-style discussion with curated CXO attendee list
    → Captured roundtable insights for post-event publication
