Intern – Digital
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Digital Agency Intern who will support day-to-day operations across quality assurance, user testing, content, and admin work. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how a modern digital agency actually runs.
You’ll work closely with designers, developers, marketers, and account managers to ensure high-quality delivery across websites, web apps, social media, and client reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Testing

Perform user testing on websites and web applications

Execute smoke testing, regression testing, and basic functional testing

Identify, document, and report bugs clearly
-
Verify fixes and ensure overall quality before delivery
Content & Digital Assets

Review and QA social media posts, creatives, and content before publishing
-
Edit images and basic visual assets when required

Use generative AI tools to assist with content creation (text, visuals, ideas)
SEO & Website Support

Perform on-page SEO tasks using tools like Yoast
-
Check metadata, keywords, readability, and basic SEO best practices

QA WordPress pages for layout, responsiveness, and content accuracy
Reporting & Documentation

Create and maintain monthly performance reports

Compile data, screenshots, and summaries for client reporting

Prepare presentations for internal reviews and client meetings
Project & Admin Support

Maintain and update Kanban boards (tasks, statuses, priorities)

Assist with general admin and operational tasks

Ensure documentation, files, and folders are well organized
Required Skills & Traits

Strong attention to detail and quality

Basic understanding of websites and digital platforms

Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and task boards

Willingness to learn QA concepts, testing processes, and agency workflows

Organized, reliable, and able to follow instructions
