Role Overview 

We are looking for a creative Web Designer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing web content. Experience with CMS platforms (such as WordPress) is preferred, but we prioritize design capability and creativity. You will be responsible for creating modern and user-friendly web designs, leveraging generative AI tools and techniques to enhance the design process. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Create visually compelling and innovative website designs that align with our clients’ brand identity 

• Leverage CMS platforms like WordPress for content management and website updates 

• Work closely with the digital marketing and content teams to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms 

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly generative AI 

• Ensure all web designs are responsive, SEO-friendly, and optimized for performance 

What We Are Looking For: 

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role with a portfolio of work showcasing strong design skills 

• Expertise in UI/UX design principles with a focus on user-centered design 

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (experience with generative AI tools is a plus) 

• Knowledge of CMS platforms, especially WordPress, for web development 

• Strong understanding of web design principles, HTML/CSS, and responsive design 

• Self-driven and proactive with the ability to work remotely 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
